Jackie B. Brown Brandon, MS Lena Jackie Blair Brown, 69, joined her Savior Jesus, on Friday, October 10, 2014. Visitation will be 2pm until 5pm on Sunday at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 2pm Monday, October 13, 2014 in the chapel of Ott & Lee Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Pearl, MS. Rev. Scott Ross and her two nephews, Rev. Daniel Jones and Rev. Jimmy P. Jones will officiate. Mrs. Brown was a member of Crossgates Baptist Church in Brandon. She worked alongside her husband for many years at C.E. Brown Construction. She was a loving mother, grandmother and sister. Jackie served her family and church and loved her Savior, Jesus. Survivors include her mother, Ella Marie Blair; son, Charles E. Brown, Jr.; daughter, Nicole Brown Harvey and step daughter, Debbie Brown Gowen; 4 grandchildren, Haylee Noel Glenn, Ashlynn Brooke Harvey, John David Von and Hugh Lee Gowen; 2 sisters, Mary Dunlap and Alene Herron; 2 brothers, Tommy Blair and Jimmy Dale Blair. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 42 years, Charles E. Brown, Sr.; son, Jeff Allen Brown and father, W.A. Blair. Any memorials may be made to Missions Ministry at Crossgates Baptist Church.
