Mary Jane Daniel Griffith, age 73, passed away on Monday, October 27, 2014. She was preceded in death by her parents, O.D. Daniel and Myrtle Hegwood Daniel.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 29, 2014, from 11:30 am- 1:30 pm at the Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Richland, MS, with graveside services at 3:00 pm at Goodwater Baptist Church in Smith County on Hwy 35 North.
Mrs. Griffith is survived by her husband of 53 years, J. David Griffith: son, Daniel Keith Griffith (Barbara) of Pelham, AL; daughter, Sandra Denise Yates (Mickey) of Richland, MS; granddaughters, Lana Yates, Caroline Griffith, Emily Yates, and Catherine Griffith; sister-in-law, Dianne Mangum; brother-in-law, Don Griffith (Sue). Mrs. Griffith was of Baptist Faith.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial be made to the American Cancer Society, MS Division, 1380 Livingston Lane, Jackson, MS 39213.
