Alicia Starling Harrison, 52, passed away Tues. Jan. 25, 2011 at her home in Brandon, MS. Memorial Services are 11am. Fri. Jan. 28, 2011 at Pinelake Baptist Church on Lakeland Dr. in Brandon, MS. Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS is handling arrangements.
Alicia was born in Honolulu, HI, and has lived in Rankin County since 1999, where she was a member of Pinelake Baptist Church in Brandon. She worked for ADT Security Company, and was a chairperson for 3 years with the Susan G. Komen Foundation, being very supportive and active in cancer research for women. Alicia graduated from Forest Hill High School where she was a cheerleader and was active in all sports. She also loved to go sailing and shopping.
She is survived by her mother, Patsy C. Grantham and step-father, Bobby of Braxton, MS; her daughter, Amanda Cox of Fort Collins, CO; her son, Thomas Cox of Brandon, MS; two brothers, Andy Harrison of Brandon, MS and John Harrison of Jackson, MS and one grandchild, Canyon of Fort Collins, CO.
