Allene Walker, 75, passed away Wed. Sept. 24, 2014 at the Brandon Nursing & Rehab Center in Brandon, MS. Visitation will be held from 5pm-8pm on Thurs. Sept. 25, 2014 at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Funeral Services are 3pm Fri. Sept. 26, 2014 at the Ott & Lee Funeral Home Chapel in Brandon, MS with burial in the Rehobeth Cemetery. Mrs. Walker was a lifelong resident of Rankin County, MS. She was a faithful member of Rehobeth Baptist Chruch and a prayer warrior for her family. Mrs. Walker was a wonderful cook and her life was taking care of her family. She is survived by her sons, Ricky Walker (Dorothy), James “Buddy” Walker (Jennifer) and Bobby Walker (Richlynn); sister, Lillian Gray; brother, Roger Allen (Debra); 7 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Mrs. Walker is preceded in death by her husband, Plez Walker; two grandchildren, Dusty and Logan Marie Walker and two sisters, Linda Faye Holmes and Jannie Jones.
