Allie Louvenia Daniel Gray, 95, passed away at Riggs Manor in Raymond, MS, on Wednesday, December 23, 2020.  Visitation will be 11 AM – 12:45 PM Sunday, December 27, 2020, at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS with the funeral at 1 PM in the chapel.  Interment will follow at Crossroads Baptist Cemetery in Pelahatchie, MS.

Mrs. Allie was born in Smith County on April 28, 1925, to Homer Daniel and Mabel Winstead Daniel.  She was a Telephone Operator for many years with South Central Bell and later worked for Ryder Trucking.  She and her late husband, Hugh Gray owned and operated Crossroads Store in the Crossroads community for several years before moving back to Brandon.

She is survived by her brother, Glynn Daniel of Collins, MS; and 14 nieces and nephews.  Allie was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and siblings, Inez Magee, James Daniel and Pauline Everett.

The family would like to extend their gratitude for the love and care she received at Riggs Manor in Raymond for the last 4 years.
