Allison Berthelette

Ms. Allison Joy Berthelette was born in Charleston, South Carolina, July 1, 1988 to her parents Daniel and Diane Waters Berthelette. She passed away January 25, 2021 in Crystal Springs, Mississippi at the age of 32.

Allison was a longtime resident of Smith County, and had been a resident of the Crystal Springs community, Copiah County, for the last two years. She was a graduate of Christian Life Academy and attended East Central Community College at Decatur. She was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking, crafting, and the arts. Active in her Christian walk, she attended Christian Life Fellowship, and most recently was affiliated with Crystal Springs Community Church and Grace House of Prayer. She will be remembered as a kindhearted, selfless person who always put others above self. Her “happy go lucky” personality, was evidence of the description of her beautiful heart, and the person she was. Her smile would light up a room and her contagious laughter brought happiness to all those around her. She will be missed by those who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her fiancé: Nathaniel Welborn of Crystal Springs; her children: Dakottah Allen, Sydnee Allen, Savannah Allen, and Jaxson Raye Welborn; her parents: Daniel and Diane Berthelette; one sister: Ashleyanne Berthelette; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

Allison is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents: George and Marie Waters and her paternal grandparents: Louis and Lauretta Berthelette.
