SERVICES: 11 AM FRIDAY AT OTT AND LEE FUNERAL HOME IN BRANDON
BURIAL: MONDAY AT LOUISVILLE MEMORIAL GARDENS IN LOUISVILLE, KY
VISITATION: 5-8 PM THURSDAY AND 10 AM FRIDAY AT OTT AND LEE IN BRANDON
Alvina Suta (Sue) Mars, 68, went to be with our Lord, November 12, 2013. Services are 11am Friday, at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon. Visitation is 5-8pm Thursday and starting at 10am Friday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Louisville Memorial Gardens in Louisville, KY.
Sue attended Butler High School in Louisville, KY. She was a member of Crossgates Baptist Church in Brandon, MS and a member of the Red Hat Society. She enjoyed making jewelry, gardening and cooking. Sue most enjoyed life with her family and friends.
Survivors include her loving husband, Raymond; daughter, Wendy Vrooman (George) of Edmond, OK; grandchildren, Gregory and Melissa; brothers, Lee Roy (Becky) Long, Richard (Dutch) Long, all of Louisville, KY; nieces, Pattie Long and Gina Lippert and nephew, Richard Long. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edwin and Margaret Long of Louisville, KY; sons, Jack and Andy Mars.
Memorials may be made to the Jackson-Boyette Sunday School Class at Crossgates Baptist Church.
