Amelia Ann Sample Arledge, 72, a resident of Brandon, MS passed away July 27, 2017 at Merit Health Rankin in Brandon, MS. A service will be held at a later date. Arrangements were entrusted to the care of Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS.
Mrs. Arledge was a native of Rogers, AR. She was the daughter of John Sample and Geneva Jett Sample. She was married to George I. Arledge. Mrs. Arledge worked as a Medical Technologist for 30 years before retiring. She was a member of the Medical Technology Society and Tri Delta Sorority. She loved her family very much and spending time them brought great joy to her life. She will be missed by all who loved and knew her.
Mrs. Arledge was preceded in death by her parents, John and Geneva Jett Sample and her brother, John Sample, Jr.
Mrs. Arledge is survived by her husband, George I. Arledge of Brandon, MS; brother in law, Carroll Arledge of Clinton, MS; Amanda C. Anderson of Smirna, TN and a host of friends.
