Andrew Donald Jordan, age 63, a resident of Forest, died Saturday July 6, 2013 in Carthage following a brief illness.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2pm Sunday July 7, 2013 from the chapel of the Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Forest with interment in Pleasant Ridge Baptist Cemetery. Rev. Larry Duncan and Rev. Bobby McKay will officiate the services. Visitation will be held from 5pm to 8pm Saturday July 6, 2013 and Sunday July 7, 2013 from 1pm to 2pm. No graveside services will be held, the family will remain at the funeral home to visit with friends.
Mr. Jordan was born in Scott County on March 21, 1950 to Tommy Lee Jordan and Abbie O. Crocker Jordan. He was a member of Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include two sisters; Doris Ann Carr of Morton and Burma Faye Gunter of Forest. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Robert Jenkins, Tanner Smith, Jimmy Clark, Jason Smith, Jimmy Hitt and Kenny Atkinson.
