Angie Verucchi

Angie Roby Verucchi, 57, went to be with the Lord August 12, 2019, surrounded by her family at the UMMC in Jackson, MS. Visitation will be held on Thurs. Aug. 15, 2019 from 5pm-7pm at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Funeral Services are 2pm on Fri. Aug. 16, 2019 at the Ott & Lee Funeral Home Chapel in Brandon, MS with burial to follow in the Johns Cemetery in Rankin County, MS. Rev. Ronnie Purser will officiate the services. Pallbearers are Donavan Payne, John Roby II, Rob Hathcock, Randy Weathersby, Kevin Sanchez, Curt Jeffress, Jerry Clark, Tyler Downing, Patrick Martin and Timothy Sebren.

Angie was born October 20, 1961. Angie worked 17 years for Rankin County School District. She was a member of Walker Hill Baptist Church.

Angie was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Weldon Roby, mother, Carolyn Allen Roby, maternal grandparents James Sidney and Mildred Odom Allen, paternal grandparents, John Weldon and Willie Ellington Roby.

Angie is survived by her husband Michael Duane Verucchi; three children; Kit Downing (John Simpson), Matthew Martin (Brandy), Angela Sebren (Matt), all of Brandon; two brothers Mike Roby (Hope), John Roby (Sherry) of Brandon; one sister Brenda Clark (Tony) of Grenada; 10 grandchildren, Tyler and Skylar Downing; Briana Poe and Patrick Martin; Timothy and Abby (Izzy) Sebren; Judy, Bailey, John C. Simpson and Jackson Pitts; all of Brandon; one great-grandson Cooper Rankin, of Prentiss; sister in law, Dee Ann Case (Terry) and her father in law, Lee Roy Verucchi.
