Anna W. Peoples, 87, passed away on Sat. Feb. 25, 2023 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland, MS. Visitation will be held on Tues. Feb. 28, 2023 from 5pm-7pm and on Wed. Mar. 1, 2023 from 10am-11am at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Funeral Services are 11am on Wed. Mar. 1, 2023 at the Ott & Lee Funeral Home Chapel in Brandon, MS. Graveside Services are 2:30pm on Wed. Mar. 1, 2023 at the Salem Cumberland Presbyterian Cemetery in Sebastopol, MS.
Mrs. Peoples was born on Feb. 19, 1936 in Lena, MS to the late Joseph Beeman White and Iris Gwendolyn Stewart White.
She is survived by her 4 sons, Michael Keith Peoples (Denise), Randall Peoples (Suzette), Wendell Peoples (Julie) and Gary Peoples; 9 grandchildren, Shelton Peoples (Katie), Jake Stevenson (Tiffany), Ashley Slough (Austin), Kevin Peoples, Nichole Jackson (Eliot), James King (Jamie), Jessica Saxton (Ryan), Taylor Peoples, Steven Peoples and 9 great grandchildren, Jack Keith Peoples, Preston Jackson, Samuel Jackson, Olive Jackson, Waylon King, Aiden King, Maverick Saxton, Logan Tompkins and Bailey Tompkins. Mrs. Peoples is also preceded in death by her husband, Keith Peoples and a brother, Herbert White.
Anna was a sweet soul who loved our Lord. She was a devoted wife to Keith and devoted mother to her four sons. She cherished her family and the time spent with all of them. Everyone who met Anna immediately liked her and recognized her kind and loving heart and sweet, infectious smile.
