Austin Wallace

Austin Earl Wallace, age 50, a resident of Morton died Saturday, February 4, 2017 following an extended illness.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2pm Monday, February 6, 2017 from the Springfield Baptist Church & Cemetery with Rev. Don Wilson officiating. Visitation will be held from 10am til 1:45pm at Springfield Baptist Church. Funeral services provided by Ott & Lee Funeral Home of Morton.
Austin was born on December 2, 1966 in Jacksonville, FL to his parents John Edward Wallace, Jr. and Marjorie Ann Wallace. Later his family relocated to Morton where he attended school. He was self-employed as a welder. He lived in the Springfield community.
He was preceded in death by his parents.Survivors include a daughter; Rebecca Wallace of New Hampshire, England; three sisters: Jenny Aaron Wallace of Russell Springs, KY, Margaret Keyes (Robert) of Bay Springs, MS. Mary McCoy (Randy) of Morton; three brothers; Donald Wallace (Betty ), John Paul Wallace (Melanie) all of Morton and James Wallace (Tammie) of Hazel Green, AL. He also leaves behind several nieces, nephews and several great-nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed by his family and many friends.
Pallbearers are Kevin Rhodes, Kyle Rhodes, Kurt Rhodes, Jeff Thornton, Randy Knight, Junior Miles and Timothy Miles.
