Visitation was held 5-8pm, Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Morton. Graveside service was held 11am Thursday, May 8, 2014 at Bowman Memorial Cemetery. Rev Howard Haar officiated the service. Arrangements were entrusted to the care of Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Morton.Baby Kori was born in Hinds County on February 11, 2014 to James Lewis Kilgore and Christina Nicole Bowman Buford of Pelahatchie. Other family members include 3 sisters, Nicole Denton (Nick) of Morton, Skye Bowman of Pelahatchie and Tori Lane Kilgore (twin sister); 3 brothers, John Lewis Kilgore (Faith) of Flowood, Clayton Kilgore of Pelahatchie and Casen Kilgore of Pelahatchie; grandparents, Jimmy and Virginia Bowman of Pelahatchie and Margaret Yelverton (Roger ) of Louin; great grandmother, Edith Peeler of Hernando; uncle, Steve Bowman; cousins, Valerie Bowman, Madison and Jeremy Rakinic. Kori was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Lewis Kilgore.Pallbearers were Van Bowman, Steve Bowman, Jeremy Rakinic and Jared Bennett. __________________________________
