Barbara Jean McCoy, born December 7, 1943 and went to be with our Savior May 22, 2016.
Services will be held 2 pm Monday, May 23, 2016 at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon with visitation starting at 12 Noon on Monday.
Jean was a devoted wife to Don McCoy, her husband of 33 years. She was also the loving and proud sister of Pat Swilley, forever and always. A true friend to all who came to know her. Her family and animals were her life.
Jean is survived by her husband, Don McCoy; sisters, Pat Swilley of Birmingham, AL and Teresa (Oscar) Crider of Dayton, OH; brothers, Tim Seibold (Marilyn) of Phoenix, AZ and Ty Seibold of Nashville, TN; step-daughters, Donna Cannon (David) of Florence and Dianne Cargile (Donald) of Vicksburg, MS; and numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
She is preceded in death by her father, Odell Goodwin and her mother, Lois Seibold.
Jean was a beautiful woman and person who loved life and all those she encountered over the years. She touched many lives and will be greatly missed by all. In our sadness, we are comforted by her beautiful smile, her infectious laugh, and her loving heart.
Memorials may be made to Oakdale Baptist Church, Brandon, Mississippi.
