Dee Farfan, age 57, a resident of Morton passed away on Sunday, September 15, 2019 at her home.  There will be a memorial service at 11am, September 25, 2019 at Roosevelt State Park in the outside Chapel across the water.  Arrangements were entrusted to the care of Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Morton.

Dee was born in Laurel, MS on August 5, 1962.  She was a very talented painter and loved to listen to music.  Dee loved her children and always supported her childrens endeavors.  She will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew her.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Katie Beemon, Edgar Theo Beemon, Alma Aline Jordan Holder and William Eledge Holder Sr.

She is survived by her children, Billy Keith Waters (Crystal) of Morton,Daniel Chase Waters of Morton, Justin Lee Simons (Dakota) of AL and Dennis Ray Farfan of Morton; parents, Benjamin Durwood Holder and Katie Elizabeth Beemon Blocker; sisters, Tessa Benford (Darrell) of Morton and Martha “Marty” Vanmetre (Scott) of TX; 3 grandchildren, Jalynn & Emma Waters and Eliza Lee Simons; very special aunt, Nancy Yates of Morton; a host of cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
