Bernadine Summerhill Middleton went to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 25, 2011 at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center in Jackson.  Visitation will be Sunday, June 26, 2011 from 3 – 5 pm and 9 am Monday, June 27, 2011 at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS.  Funeral Services are 10 am Monday from the Chapel of Ott & Lee Funeral Home with burial to follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Pearl, MS.
Bernadine Summerhill was born in Kosciusko, MS to the late W. T. and Allie Morehead Summerhill.  She married Robert K. Middleton in 1978. They have lived in the Brandon area for the past 33 years.  She was a member of First Baptist Church of Brandon, MS.  She retired as a supervisor in 1988 after 23 years with Vickers.
Survivors include her husband of 33 years, Robert Kelly Middleton of Brandon, MS; children, Belinda Pierce and Husband, Johnnie of Pearl, MS, William M. Runnels of Fannin, MS, Lisa Renee Hamilton and husband, Steve of Brandon, MS, and Randy Earl Middleton of Brandon, MS; one brother, Maurice Summerhill and wife, Irma of Kosciusko, MS; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren
