Betty Helen Clark Hall was born March 16, 1946 in Edenburg, MS to Thurman and Mamie Clark.  She grew up in Brandon.  She met and married the love of her life, Ralph, and they moved to Abilene, Tx while he was in the Air Force.  After their time in Abilene, they moved back to pearl where they have resided since then.  Betty taught kindergarten for years before she retired. In 1995 she became Nana, with the birth of her first granddaughter. Since then everyone has called her NANA. Nana’s favorite things were her three amazing granddaughters, her family and her animals. She always loved animals, even from a young age.  If she was at home, there was a pup in here lap. She loved to travel and her favorite places were the mountains and the beach. Most of all, she loved her family and her Lord.

Betty is survived by her husband, Ralph Hall,  daughters Becky Russell(Bill), Missy Summerlin, grand daughters Bekah King(Brandon), Halle Russell, and Makayla Russell. Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Thurman and Mamie Clark; Sister, Joyce Smith (Richard), and son-in-law, Jonathan Summerlin.

In leu of flowers, please send a donation to nana’s fund at CARA.
