The very most special lady and mother passed away August 8, 2021 at Merit Health Rankin at 5:26 pm after a battle with COVID and pneumonia.
She will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends.

Franklin (Catherine) of Brandon, Emmit Franklin (Frances) of Pearl, Sidney Franklin (Juann) of Brandon, W.E. Franklin (Thelma) of Morton, two sisters; Vera Bryant (James) of Pearl, S.A. Kimble (Jr.) of Brandon.

She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; Ashlea Irby, Lance Renfroe, Lindsey Knight, Ethan Harrell, Brad Babb, Todd Babb, Paul Babb, Colby, Sunni, and Bayleigh Shephard. She is also survived by 17 great grands! Who she adored all her grands and great grands, and a sister, Merle Thompson (Ray) of Morton and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
June was adored by all who knew her! She loved her Lord and Savior Jesus! She loved going to church! She loved her family, and friends, and church family!
June was always doing something to help someone. She always saw the good in others! She would give you something she just bought for herself if someone said they liked it.
She started a prayer group for COVID when it first came, and Leesburg was practically safe that time around.
She loved spending time with her family and going on vacations. She loved reading her Bible, and going to church! She always had the preacher, and his family over for lunch.
She loved pretty flowers, clothes and jewelry, etc.
She loved our daddy and took great care of him! Our mother was always helping us and praying for us daily! No one can fill that void in our lives! After all, no one cares like your mother!
She was always doing funny things like riding the motorcycle upside down at 80 years old. At a younger age she tried to ride a real motorcycle, that didn’t go well.
She made wonderful ice cream and cakes. Everything she cooked was delicious! She was always entertaining people. How can you sum up a person’s life in a few words? She lived and loved well.
We love and miss her!!
