Betty Hatton McNeece, 77, passed away on Saturday, August 04, 2012 at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center in Jackson. Visitation will be Sunday, August 5, 2012 from 4-6pm at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon. Graveside services are 11am Monday, August 6, 2012 in Wilkes Family Cemetery in Bassfield, MS.
Betty was born in Kokomo, MS on March 26, 1935 to Iris and O.T Hatton. She loved to collect antiques and plant flowers. She attended Hinds Community College, The University of Southern Mississippi and retired from Continental Insurance Company. She was a very devoted grandmother to her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband, James McNeece; daughter, Lisa G. Freeze; son, Bill Giardina; sisters, Sylvia Moore and Alice Kean; brothers, Don Hatton and James Hatton; and 3 grandchildren, Emily Hillhouse, Chris Hillhouse and Betty Hillhouse
