Beverly Bullock

Beverly Kathleen Bullock, age 69, of Brandon, went to be with her Lord on Thursday, June 4, 2020 at her home with her husband and her family by her side.

Funeral services will be Saturday, June 6, 2020 at 12:30pm at Park Place Baptist Church with Dr. Keith Grubbs officiating. Visitation will begin at 10:30am at the church. Graveside services will follow at 3:00pm at Hollywood Cemetery in McComb, MS. Pallbearers will be Brian Boyd, Mervin Boyd, Robbie Boyd, Kendall Jackson, Max Owens, and Miles Owens.

She was born in McComb, MS on February 1,1951 to the late Robert Boyd, Sr. and Kathleen Newman Boyd. She is preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers, Robert Boyd,Jr. and David Boyd.

Beverly was born with Cystic Fibrosis. She was an amazing woman and lived a very courageous life in spite of many health obstacles, including a lung transplant in June of 2000. She was known for her smile and for encouraging other people. She had a sweet spirit, loved the beach, cooking, planting flowers, spending time with family and of course, shopping . . . always looking for a bargain!

She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Lynn Bullock; brother; Kenneth Boyd; godchildren and their families, Holly Owens and Melanie Steele; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family would like to express their appreciation to all the healthcare professionals for their excellent care all these years and to the staff of Hospice Ministries over the last month.
