Billie K. Beatty, 64, passed away Wed. Feb. 28, 2018 at Merit Health Hospital in Flowood, MS. Visitation will be held from 11am-1:45pm on Sat. March 3, 2018 at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Funeral Services are 2pm Sat. March 3, 2018 at the Ott & Lee Funeral Home Chapel in Brandon, MS with burial to follow in the Puckett Cemetery in Puckett, MS.

Mrs. Beatty was born in Carthage, MS and has been a longtime resident of Rankin County, MS. She retired after 45 years of service as a legal secretary. Mrs. Beatty was an avid cross sticher and enjoyed reading. Most of all she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, David Beatty; mother, Mary Ruth Jordan; four children, Christy Roberts (Wes), Kimberly Townley (Jason), Jonathan Beatty and Ashlee Harrison (Justin); six grandchildren, Shelbi Roberts, Julia Peoples, Gabryel Townley, Mallory Townley, Wesley Roberts, Briar Harrison; four brothers, Gerald Kelly, Robert Kelly, Mike Kelly, Mark Kelly; and her mother-in-law, Katherine Beatty. Mrs. Beatty is preceded in death by her father, Bill Kelly; a sister, Kathy McNair; and her father-in-law, Jack Beatty.
