Billie G. “Bill” Warren, 66, joined his Heavenly Father on Sunday, November 18, 2018, from Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland, MS. Funeral services are 11am Wednesday, November 21, 2018, from First Baptist Church of Fannin with visitation starting at 10am at the church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
Bill was born in Raleigh, MS on August 12, 1952. He served in the US Air Force in Guam, Egypt and Saudi Arabia. He was a Master Sergeant and ended his military career in the Guidance Test Division-Space Telescope- at Holloman Air Force Base in New Mexico. He was also employed at Star Service Co. in Jackson for many years and was a Service Supervisor.
Survivors include his wife, Cheryl Smith Warren; daughters, Kelly (Jonathan) Shows and Katie (Jud) Watkins; sister, Betty (Eddie) Cotton; brothers, Tommy (Vickie) Warren, Dale (Ann) Warren and Buddy Warren; half-sister, Nita Cirello; grandchildren, Kala Warren, Lindley Shows, Isaac Shows, Bay Watkins, Evie Watkins and Rowan Watkins. He was preceded in death by his parents, George Warren and Velma Jean Kennedy Johnson: son, George Bradley Warren; sister, Rita Warren and his first wife, Dottie Warren.
Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Fannin Building Fund.
