Visitation is Wednesday, December 23, 2015 from 10 am until 12 Noon at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Funeral Services will follow at 12 Noon from the Chapel of Ott & Lee with burial in Lakewood Memorial Park in Jackson, MS.
Blanche was born on April 2, 1932 in Decatur, MS to the late Elmer Wooten and Sally Mae Stewart Wooten. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Douglas Watkins.
Survivors include three daughters, Linda W. Miller of Pearl, Gloria A. Malone (Melvin) of Florence, and Hilda J. Champion (Daryl) of Ocean Springs, MS; one brother, Truman Wooten (Priscilla) of Pocahontas, MS; six grandchildren, Doug Miller, Wesley Malone, Kim Faulkenbery, Josh Frazier, Jessica Champion, and Nicole Birdsong; seven great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
