Brenda Marie Hall, age 59, a resident of Lake died Tuesday April 21, 2015 at the Lackey Memorial Hospital in Forest following a sudden illness.
Funeral services were conducted at 10am Thursday April 23, 2015 from the First Baptist Church of Lake with interment in the Ebenezer Cemetery. Visitation was held from 5pm-9pm Wednesday April 22, 2015 at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Forest. Rev. Reggie Tatum and Rev. Jerry Griffin officiated.
Brenda was born in Newton County on March 30, 1956 to her parents Robert L. Williams and Julia Heidelberg Williams. She was a member of Hillcrest Independent Methodist Church. She was a loving mother, grandmother and a friend to all who knew her. She was employed by the U.S. Postal Service and worked for Dollar General in Lake. Brenda will be missed by her family and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her husband, Clarence David Hall, Jr. four children; Olivia Joiner (Tommy) of Forest, Alicia Parker of Lake, Jessica Campbell of Lawton, OK., Thomas Heard of Lake, step-children; JoLynn McKinnon, Mandy Chunn both of Philadelphia and Tyler Hall of Lake. She is also survived by two brothers; Robert Lee Williams of Stonewall, and James B. Williams of Lawrence. She also is survived by her grandchildren; Katelin Joiner, Linsey Joiner, Madilin Joiner, Summer Parker, Nikki Parker, Dakota Parker, W.D. McCoy, Jamie Hardin, Jacob Hardin, Ashley Hardin, Autumn Campbell, Chandler Campbell and Clayton Campbell. She also leaves behind on great grandchild; Hadlee Grace Parker.
Pallbearers were Tyler Hall Johnny Doerner, Tommy Joiner, Mike Wooten, Ben McLemore and Jody Bush.
