Brenda Sue Haddon, 57, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at her home in Brandon. Visitation will be Saturday, December 17, 2016 from 4 until 6 pm and Sunday, December 18, 2016 from 2 pm until 3 pm at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Funeral Services are Sunday, December 18, 2016 at 3 pm from the Chapel of Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Burial will follow at Crestview Memorial Gardens in Brandon.
Brenda Sue was born on February 12, 1959 in Jackson, MS to William Robert and Dorothy Sue Herron Husbands, Jr. of Utica, MS. She received her B.S. Degree in Business from Mississippi State University.
Christmas time was her favorite time of the year. She loved to attend Mistletoe Market Place and go on day dates to the movies with her husband. They also loved to go to the beach or the mountains. Brenda was a member of Crossgates Baptist Church. She was a homemaker, and loved to do stampin up activities. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, sister, and grandmother. She had been a resident of Brandon for nine years and formerly lived in Grenada, MS.
Survivors include her husband of 38 years, Hal D. Haddon of Brandon; her parents; her son, Jonathan David Haddon (Arrie) of Temple, TX and her two grandchildren, Meredith Catherine Haddon and Wilson David Haddon, and her daughter, Kimberly Sue Haddon of Brandon, MS; one sister, Amy Lynn Lenoir (Chris) of Clinton and their children, Willow Elizabeth Lenoir and William Christopher Lenoir; her brother, Robert Ernest(Bobby) Husbands (Gail) of Raymond, MS; her mother in law, Katherine Neal Haddon of Clinton; and her brother in law, Edward Neal Haddon (Lora) of Brandon, MS and their children, Adam Wesley Haddon and Sarah Katherine Haddon.
