Bruce Wayne King, 53, went to be with the Lord on Friday February 17, 2017. Visitation will be held Sunday February 19, 2017 5 pm- 8pm at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Funeral Services are 10 am Monday from the Chapel of Ott & Lee Funeral Home with burial to follow in Floral Hills Cemetery in Pearl, MS.
Bruce Wayne King was born June 3, 1963 to the late James W. King and Florence Edith Austin King. He had worked in the retail business for over 35 years serving as Co-Manager for Star Supermarket in Jackson, Co-Manager for Kroger in Jackson, and most recently as Manager of Tractor Supply Co. in Clinton, MS. He was a member of McLaurin Heights Baptist Church in Pearl. He was loved by all that met him. He was the best father, husband, and friend there could be.
He is preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include: wife, Audrey Knott King of Pearl, MS; two sons, C.J. King(Lauren) of Pearl and Jason King(Lauren) of Hattiesburg; two brothers, James R. King(Becky) of Pearl and Dennis L. King of Pearl; and two nephews.
