Bryant Risher

Bryant Nathaniel Risher, a resident of Morton, passed away on Sunday, August 11, 2024, at his home.

 Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 13th from 5-8pm at OTT & LEE Funeral Home in Forest. A second visitation will be held Wednesday, August 14th from 1pm-3pm with a service following in the chapel officiated by Bro. Dan Henry and Bro. Reggie Tatum. Interment will follow the service in the Homewood Methodist Cemetery. 

Mr. Risher was a lifelong member of the Pulaski community where he was a member of Homewood Methodist Church. He worked as a truck driver alongside his brother until the time of his retirement. He spent 65 wonderful years married to the love of his life, Linda, and shared the joy of raising their daughter. 

Mr. Risher is preceded in death by his parents, Mack Risher and Lollie Morehead Risher; two brothers, Dale and Buford Risher; and one sister, Joyce Bell Risher.

 He leaves behind his wife, Linda Tadlock Risher; one daughter, Debbie Hunt (Shawn); siblings, Hal Risher Sr. (Jane), and Frances Harmon (Atlee); two grandchildren, James N. “Nathan” Robertson, and Ashley Nicole “Nikki” Muha (Ben); and six great- grandchildren, Maci, Matty, and Ryco Muha, Rowdy and Jaden Robertson, and Zoe Robertson Gonzalez (Michael). 

Serving as pallbearers will be Shawn Hunt, Larry Haney, Hal Risher Jr., Greg Hawkins, Waldo Tadlock, and David Hollingsworth. 

Honorary pallbearers will be Ralph Tadlock, Baker Tadlock, Joe Tadlock, Scott Hollingsworth, Kent Haney, Tony Tadlock, and Barry Tadlock.
