Carol Darlene Neese

Carol Darlene Neese passed away at her residence in Brandon, MS on October 8, 2023. Carol was born on August 24, 1964 in Jackson, MS to Jesse Carroll Hodges and Linda K. "Sheppard" Neese.

Darlene was preceded in death by her loving husband, Bobby Howard Neese, and her step-father, Wayne Neese.

She leaves behind her mother, Linda K. Neese of Mendenhall, MS; her father, Jesse Carroll Hodges and step-mother, Diane Hodges of Jackson, MS; 3 children, Joshua (Tori) Neese of Picayune, MS, Breana (Jonathan) Spence of Brandon, MS, and Dena (Zeno) Mangum of Magee, MS; Two siblings, Kim (Danny) Barefoot of Brandon, MS, and Steve (Jill) Hodges of Mendenhall, MS; Ten step-siblings, Holly Smith, Karren Chappell, Katherine Chappell, Chris Neese, Kevin Neese, James Neese, John Neese, Craig Jones, Chris Jones, and Anita Eaves; and five grandchildren, M'Kayla Neese, Jaxyn Hancock, Enslee Neese, Bentley Neese-Spence, and Addie Grace Neese.

A public visitation will be held for Darlene at Ott and Lee of Brandon on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 from 12pm-2pm, followed by a service in the chapel beginning at 2pm. Darlene will be laid to rest at Parkway Baptist Church in Morton, MS.

Ott and Lee is honored to serve the Neese family in their time of need.
