Carolyn Bishop Conroy, 79, went to be with the Lord on Monday, November 28, 2016 at St. Dominic/Jackson Memorial Hospital in Jackson, MS. Visitation will be Wednesday, November 30, 2016 from 5 until 8 pm and Thursday, December 1, 2016 from 10 until 11 am at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Funeral Services will be held Thursday at 11 am from the Chapel of Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon with burial to follow at 2 pm in Memorial Park Cemetery in Meridian, MS.
Carolyn was born in Meridian Mississippi on June 5, 1937 to the late Charlie Dee Love and Ruth Gladys Williamson Love. She was a long time resident of Meridian and had lived in Brandon for the past fifteen years. She was a member of Crossgates United Methodist Church in Brandon, MS. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was an accomplished private pilot. She was an avid horse lover, loved gardening and loved to travel.
Survivors include three Children, Vickye Lynne Burt of Meridian, MS, Kevin Wallace Bishop and wife, Debbie of Meridian, MS, and Lauren Bishop Sasser and husband, Marty of Terry, MS; six grandchildren,
Brandon Wallace Bishop, Cory Bishop, Megan Sasser, Nicki Chisolm and husband, Scott, Katie Sasser and Kristyn Bishop; three great grandchildren, Christian Bishop, Reed Bishop, and Tinley Chisolm.
