SERVICES: 11 AM WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 5, 2016 AT OTT AND LEE FUNERAL HOME IN BRANDON
BURIAL: FLORAL HILLS MEMORY GARDENS
VISITATION: 5-8 PM TUESDAY AND 11 AM WEDNESDAY
C H Robinson, 84, passed away Sunday, October 2, 2016 at Select Specialty Hospital in Jackson. Visitation is 5-8 pm Tuesday at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Brandon and 9:30 am Wednesday. Services are 11 am Wednesday at the funeral home with burial in Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Pearl. Dr. Keith Grubbs will officiate.
Mr. Robinson was a Scott County native and a longtime resident of Pearl. He was a very loving and caring husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and brother and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Mr. Robinson was a very active member of Park Place Baptist Church in Pearl where he had attended for over 50 years and was a supervisor with Continental Can Company and later retired from Stone Container.
Survivors include his wife, Polly A. Robinson of Pearl; daughters, Shelia Barnes (Thomas) of Morton and Rebecca Jones of Morton; son, Stephen Robinson (Vicki) of Florence; sisters, Louise Stokely and Betty Donald of Pearl; brother, Hugh Robinson of Pearl; grandchildren, Eric Barnes, Michael Barnes and Whitney Jones; great grandchildren, Brooke Barnes, Dalton Barnes, Leigh Barnes and Hannah Barnes. He was preceded in death by his grandson, Joseph Michael “Joey” Jones.
