Chanda Colletti Watkins, 59, a resident of Brandon, MS, died Saturday, October 31, 2015, at her home in Brandon. Funeral services will be held at 10 am Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Brandon with the interment at Crestview Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held on Monday, Nov. 2, 2015 from 5 until 8 pm at the funeral home. Rev. Jon Graef will officiate the services.

Mrs. Watkins was a native of New Orleans, LA. She was the daughter of Rev. Alon J. Colletti and Edna Dasinger Colletti. She was married to William David Watkins. Mrs. Watkins worked as an Executive Assistant in the Legal Industry for 30 years. She received her Bachelor of Music degree from William Carey University in Hattiesburg, MS. She had a love for music and enjoyed sharing music with family and friends. She loved her family and spending time with them brought great joy to her life. She will be missed by all who loved and knew her.

Mrs. Watkins was preceded in death by her parents, Alon J. Colletti and Edna Dasinger Colletti and her nephew, Jesse Alon Colletti.

Mrs. Watkins is survived by her husband of 38 years, William David Watkins; daughter, Abigail Rhea Watkins; son, William Daniel Watkins; sisters, Beth (Ronnie) Parker and Fern (Dale) Buntyn; brother, Rev. Daniel Alon (Jenny) Colletti; two grandchildren, Ariel Nichole Philley and Mason Wayne Doby; 6 nieces, 1 nephew, cousins and a host of friends.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Crossgates Baptist Church c/o The Special Needs Children's Ministry, 8 Crosswoods Road, Brandon, MS 39042.
