Charles “Fred” Polk,69, a resident of Brandon, MS died Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland, MS. Visitation will be held 10am-12pm Monday, December 21, 2015 at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. The family will have a private memorial service at a later time. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Brandon.
Mr. Polk was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Frank and Louise Brown Polk; granddaughter, Katherine Jones and his brother, David Polk.
Mr. Polk is survived by his wife of 48 years, Cindy Stodghill Polk; daughter, Courtney Jones; granddaughter, Elizabeth Jones; sister, Margaret Robertson; brother, Mark Polk; and a host of friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice Ministries 450 Towne Center Blvd., Ridgeland, MS 39157.
