Charlotte was born in Simpson County on June 19, 1954. She was a loving, laughing, giving and the strongest caring person that anyone could meet. Her arms were always open when anyone needed a hug. Charlotte was a compassionate, kindhearted caregiver to her family and friends. She always had a smile on her face, even when she was hurting and suffering from all her pain and sickness.
