Charlotte Ann Phillips

Charlotte Ann Phillips, 54, of Brandon, MS passed away on August 4, 2021, after succumbing to an extended illness. She was born September 30, 1966, in Brandon, MS. In 1994, Mrs. Charlotte Ann Warren married Darrell Phillips at Crossgates Methodist Church in Brandon, MS. In her last years, she worked for the Mother’s Milkbank of Mississippi, a nonprofit organization with a cause she was passionate about. In previous years, she spent time working as a medical coding specialist in the healthcare field. Mrs. Charlotte Phillips graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with an emphasis on medical management from Colorado Technical University in 2008 and attended Brandon High School in Brandon, MS. She is preceded in death by her father, Charles Hilburn Warren, her sister, Wanda Marie Hill, and her brother-in-law, Larry Hill. She is survived by her mother, Doris Ware, her husband of 27 years, Darrell Phillips, her daughter, Mercedes Phillips, and her grandson, Kylen Phillips. She is also survived by her nephews, Larry Hill Jr. and Kade Phillips, and her nieces, Christy Hill, Lauren Hammock, Jana Hume, Kenzie Freeman, Gabby Phillips, and Jamie Grace Phillips.

Visitation will be 5-8pm Thursday, August 5, 2021, at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Brandon,  MS.  Funeral services will be 2pm Friday in the chapel of the funeral home, with interment to follow at Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Pearl, MS.
