Cheryl Sikes Norrell, 56, went to be with her Lord on Monday, February 23, 2015 at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center in Jackson, MS. Visitation will be held Thursday, February 26, 2015 from 6 – 9 pm and again Friday from 11 am until 12 Noon at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon. Memorial Services are 12 Noon on Friday, February 27, 2015 from the Chapel of Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon.
Cheryl was born on December 29, 1958 in McComb, MS to Earl Everett and Betty Jean Deer Boyd.
She was a graduate of Mississippi Baptist High School in Jackson, MS. Cheryl was self employed with Rodan & Fields Skin care for two years. She was a friend to all and loved to travel. She also loved her three grandchildren very much and her three shelties.
Survivors include her husband, James Richard “Jimmy” Norrell of Brandon; her son, David Sikes (Kathryn) of Pearl; step children, John Paul Norrell (Hope) of Brandon, Nicole Norrell of Brandon, and Marla Hancock of Byram; her parents, Earl Everett and Betty Jean Boyd of Brandon; five grandchildren, Logan Sikes and Wesley Sikes both of Pearl, James David Norrell of Brandon, and Boston Hancock and Lynleigh Hancock both of Byram; a sister, Connie Davis of Brandon; and several Nieces and Nephews.
She was preceded in death by a step daughter, Jamie Norrell and niece, Theresa Davis.
