Chester Lewis Holley Jr, 59, passed away Sat. March 26, 2016 at the University Medical Center in Jackson, MS. Visitation will be held on Fri. April 1, 2016 from 12pm-1:45pm at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Memorial Services will follow at 2pm on Fri. April 1, 2016 in the Ott & Lee Funeral Home Chapel in Brandon, MS.
Mr. Holley grew up in Greenwood, MS and has been a longtime resident of Jackson, MS. He enjoyed playing golf, traveling and boating. Mr. Holley was a very devoted and loving husband, father and grandfather.
He is survived by his wife, Rose Holley; mother, Ruth Newman; three children, Paul Holley (Leslie Ann), Allison Holley and Anna Holley; step son, Justin Alexander (Erin); three grandchildren, Maddy Holley, Max Holley and Lawson Alexander; two sisters, Kim Wurm and Lisa Tull and one brother, Johnny Newman. Mr. Holley is preceded in death by his father, Chester Holley Sr. and his step father, Bryan Newman.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Blair E. Batson Children’s Hospital at 2500 North State St. Jackson, MS 39216.
