Christian “Chris” M. Haslob, Pearl, MS, passed away peacefully at the age of 57 in Brandon, MS on March 16, 2021. Chris was born on November 22, 1963 in Bridgeport, Connecticut, to his parents Mary Haslob (Castelot), and the late Christian J. Haslob. The family moved to Mississippi in 1976.
Chris worked at Mid-South X Ray for 13 years while married to his first wife Trecy. At the age of 32 Chris was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Since he could no longer work, Chris used his time to care for his kids. On February 14, 2003, Chris married his late wife Cinthia Montgomery Haslob. With this marriage, Chris’s children (Ryan, Jeremy, Joey, and Elizabeth) gained not only another maternal figure, but a wonderful little sister Nicole Grace Haslob). They resided in Pearl, MS for 15 years. Chris’s disease slowly progressed over time; it was a 25-year battle, but Chris never gave up!
Chris was a great handyman, he enjoyed working on cars, building, and fixing things. He also enjoyed crime television series. Anytime his children, especially his grandchildren, were around he had a smile on his face. The love and joy would shine through!
