Clara Aldy

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at Sallis Cemetery in Sallis, MS. All are welcome to attend we do ask that everyone please observe social distancing and please wear a mask.

Clara Dee Aldy, age 93, a resident of Brandon, MS passed away Thursday, December 31, 2020 at her home in Brandon, MS. A graveside service was held on January 5, 2021 at Sallis Cemetery in Sallis, MS.

Mrs. Aldy was born April 28, 1927 in Kosciusko, MS. She was a member of Broadmoor Baptist Church in Ridgeland, MS. She worked as a cosmetologist at McRae’s Department Store many years before retiring. She loved her family and spending time with them brought great joy to her life. She will be missed by all who loved and knew her.

Mrs. Aldy was preceded in death by her husband, Aubrey Dewitt Aldy; daughter, Carla Elizabeth Aldy; parents, 7 siblings and son-in-law, Raymond Stigler.

Mrs. Aldy is survived by her children, Billie Stigler, Deborah Aldy, Annie Lou (Danny) Horton and Aubrey (Robin) Aldy, II; brother, Harold Sandridge; grandchildren, William Brad Aldy, Aubrey D. (Crystal Aldy, II and Robert Aldy; many nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
