Clarence Robertson, Jr.

Clarence Thomas Robertson, Sr., 84, a resident of Brandon, MS passed away Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at Promise Hospital in Vicksburg, M S. Funeral services will be held 2 pm Friday, March 16, 2018 at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Visitation will be held 12-2 pm Friday at the funeral home.

Mr. Robertson was born July 24, 1933 to Edwin Eugene Robertson and Ada Mae Kendall Robertson in Memphis, TN. He attended Whitehaven High School in Memphis, TN. He was married to Shirley Jean Hollenbeck Robertson. Mr. Robertson worked as a welding supervisor for Groen Manufacturing Company for many 31 years and worked 9 years with Illinois Central Rail Road before retiring. He enjoyed time with his family and friends. He will be missed by all who loved and knew him.

Mr. Robertson was preceded in death by his parents; son, John K. Robertson; grandson, Clarence T. Robertson, III; sister, Jackie Parker; brothers, Robert Roberts and Eddie Robertson.

Mr. Robertson is survived by his wife of 32 years, Shirley Robertson; son, Clarence T. Robertson, Jr.; step son, James A. South; sister, Barbara Robertson; many nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
