Clifton "Ken" Dunlap

Clifton Kenneth Dunlap, 69, died Fri. Oct. 4, 2013 at his residence in Brandon. Visitation will be held Sun. Oct. 6, 2013 from 2pm-5pm at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon. Funeral Services are 2pm. Mon. Oct. 7, 2013 at the funeral home with interment to follow at Crestview Memorial Gardens in Brandon.
Ken was a member of Lakeshore Congregational Methodist Church. He was the son of the late Clifton Arthur and Mildred Lamkin Dunlap. Ken had a distinguished career in law enforcement serving in the MS Highway Safety Patrol and as Director for the State Capitol Police Department.
He is survived by his wife, Marjorie Peusch Dunlap; son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Denisse Dunlap; daughter, Martha Dunlap-Core; grandchildren, Ken Warren Core and Katherine Olivia Dunlap. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters-in-law, John A. Dunlap, Robert T. and Mary Dunlap, Michael R. and Betty Dunlap, James A. and Theresa Dunlap, Fred and Deborah Dunlap; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Cecil and Lynn Weems and many nephews and nieces.
