Clinton Dewayne Rogers, 63, passed away on Friday, March 9, 2018.  The family received friends on Monday, March 12, 2018, from 12 Noon until 1:45pm at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS.  A celebration of life service followed at 2pm Monday in the chapel of the funeral home.  Graveside services followed in Lakeland Place Garden Park Cemetery.  Rev. Chris Owensby officiated the service.

Dewayne was born in Chicago, IL on September 21, 1954, to Clinton Douglas Rogers and Sue Eaves Rogers.  He was a member of Briarwood Baptist Church and graduated from Calloway High School.  He was a server at Catherine’s Steak House and a huge LSU and Saint’s fan.

Survivors include his daughter, Jessy Rogers; mother, Sue Eaves Rogers; granddaughter, Madeline VanLandingham; sister, Cathy Baker and a nephew, Chris (Marguerite) Baker.

Pallbearers were Dave Clark, Ben Sessums, Milton Hairston, Matthew McGuire, Robert Anderson and Kerry Brashear.
