Curtis Richard Davis, 88, passed away Friday May 31, 2013 at his home in Pearl, MS. Visitation will be held Sat. June 1, 2013 from 5pm.-8pm. at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Funeral Services are 2pm. Sun. June 2, 2013 at the funeral home with burial to follow in the Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Pearl, MS.
Mr. Davis was born in Otter, MS and has lived most of his life in Pearl, MS. where he was a member of Park Place Baptist Church. Mr. Davis served in the U.S. Army during WWII in the Philippines and in Tokyo, Japan.
He is survived by his son, Reed Davis; a step daughter, Bobbie Byers; two sisters, Clara Davis and Dorothy Dickerson; a brother, Joe Ellis Davis and 12 grandchildren. Mr. Davis is preceded in death by his wife, Mae Davis.
