Curtis Ray Hamilton Sr., 65, passed away Sat. March 8, 2014 at the Mississippi Baptist Medical Center in Jackson, MS. Visitation will be held on Sun. March 9, 2014 from 4pm-7pm at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Funeral Services are 2pm Mon. March 10, 2014 at the funeral home with burial to follow in the Glenwood Memorial Park in Richland, MS.
Mr. Hamilton was born in Indianola, MS and moved to Brandon, MS in Aug. 2013 after moving from Richland, MS. He attended the Assembly of God Church in Brandon, MS and was a wonderful husband and father. Most of all Mr. Hamilton’s life was for his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Rosa Hamilton; son, Curtis Hamilton Jr.; two grandchildren, Aubree Hamilton and Kaleb Charles; two daughters-in-law, Wendy Hamilton and Tammy Charles; sister, Linda Cook and his brother, David Hamilton. Mr. Hamilton is preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Estelle Hamilton and his two brothers, Paul and Allen Hamilton.
