Cynthia Hickson’s had a favorite phrase of a few choice words that defined her life. She was born and reared in JP, MA on November 13, 1947, she was the fourth in a family of six. She later moved to Roslindal, MA. She is survived by her younger brother, Joe and younger sister, Jodie, as well as a plethora of nieces and nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
In a home filled with lots of fighting, lots of love and lots of laughter, one can understand why her “favorite phrase” in an endearing manner became Cynthia’s catch phrase.
Cynthia lost most of her hearing at a young age from measles. From then on you could always count on her for a good laugh when she misheard something; like the time the pastor asked her “Will you pray with me” and she said, “Sure I’ll play with you.” This was the beauty of Cynthia; laughter even in her hardest moments, you could always count on laughter with her.
Cynthia often traveled with her brothers and sisters, including spending some time in Africa. Her passion was animals and she always had two cats. She is also survived by Tinkerbell and Noel.
Cynthia was a grumpy lady with a kind heart, foul mouth and a whole lotta love to give. She will be greatly missed.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
