David Michael Dugan, 67, passed away on Tuesday, December 5, 2017, at his home. Visitation will begin at 11:30am at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, with a Memorial Service following at 12:30pm in the chapel.
David was born in Lexington, MS on April 3, 1950, to Charles Walter Dugan and Louise Husbands Dugan Kirk. He was an excellent story teller and loved to tell stories about his childhood and growing up. Dave was very proud to be a Marine and served in the Vietnam War. He was a man of high integrity and would help anyone in need of help, even if it meant to give them the shirt off of his back.
Survivors include his half-brother Mike Kirk of Castalian Springs, TN; cousin, Dennis Thornton; and friends, Cindy and Karmen Whitehouse.
