David Harcharik Sr.

David A. (Buzz) Harcharik Sr., 75, passed away Sat. Dec. 8, 2018 at his home surrounded by his family. Visitation will be held on Mon. Dec. 10, 2018 from 5pm-7pm at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. A funeral mass will be held at 2pm on Tues. Dec. 11, 2018 at St. Peters Catholic Church in Jackson, MS with graveside services to follow at the Johnson Cemetery in Crystal Springs, MS.

David was born in Braddock, PA, but was a lifelong resident of Mississippi. He served in the U. S. Air Force and spent most of his working life in banking.

Survivors include his loving wife of 51 years, Linda Wiggins Harcharik; daughter, Sandi Murphree and fiancé Bill Pickard of Brandon, MS; son, David Harcharik Jr. (LeAnn) of Star, MS; his wonderful grandchildren, Chance Waltman, Lily Waltman, Alyssa Harcharik and Cade Harcharik; sister, Mary Ann Allshouse (Mike) of Marienville, PA and his brother, Jim Gibson (Kelly) of Apple Valley, MN. David is preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Jean Gibson Harcharik of East McKeesport, PA.
