Services for Delsie Viola Moulder, 89, who died November 4, 2014, at Lackey Memorial Hospital, were held November 7, 2014, at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Forest with burial at Lorena Baptist Church Cemetery. The Rev. Doyle Boyles of Homewood Baptist Church officiated.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Caurth Dale Moulder; and two sons, Larry Bevin Moulder and Kenneth Myron Moulder; and three brothers, Alva Gatewood, Dewey Gatewood, and Howard Gatewood.
Survivors include three children, daughter, Karuth Dale (Durwood) Howell of Pulaski; son Terry Randall (Ann) Moulder of Starkville; and son David Burkett (Bobbie) Moulder of Sandhill. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild. She is also survived by three sisters, Leona Gallop and Jewell Rutledge of Phenix City, AL, and Margie (Sonny) Warren of Lake.
Pallbearers were David Burkett Moulder II, Jeffrey Moulder, Jonathan Moulder, Trent Moulder, Curt Bernauer, Brian
Daniel, Murray Farrar, Ben Martin, Eric Robbins, Steve Welch, and David Wilmoth.
Mrs. Moulder was a devoted wife, loving mother, and provided a warm home to all who ever visited. As anyone who knew her remembers, Mrs. Delsie loved to sew. In later years, she was able to devote as many as eight to ten hours a day creating hand sewn masterpieces which she loved sharing. She was a member of Lorena Baptist Church.
