Donna Faye Lewis, 50, passed away Tues. May 26, 2015 at her home in Brandon, MS. Visitation will be held on Sat. May 30, 2015 from 6pm-8pm at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Richland, MS. Graveside Services are 2pm Sun. May 31, 2015 at the New Covenant Cemetery in Harrisville, MS.
Donna was born in Scott County, MS and has lived most of her life in Rankin County, MS. She was a member of the Star Baptist Church in Star, MS. Donna was know as “Nana” to everyone she knew. She enjoyed cooking, and doing crafts, but most of all she loved her grandkids.
She is survived by mother, Shirley Boyte; grandmother, Grace Harrell; two daughters, Cassandra Sheryl Williams (Rodney) and Lyn Warren (John); special friend, David Lee; four sisters, Sandra Calhoun (Jared), Vicki Vance (Jimmy), Judy Hern and Patty Guest; two brothers, Pete Polk and Dusty Boyte; 11 grandchildren, Maverick Baker, Macgyver Baker, Peyton Warren, Kane Warren, Hayden Warren, Hunter Warren, Josh Warren, Allie Williams, Dawson Williams, Bella Williams, Lathan Williams and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Donna is preceded in death by her son, James “Jimmy” Baker Jr.; father, Jerald Polk; step father, Mack Boyte and two brothers, Jerry Polk and Bobby Boyte.
