Donna Lyn Wallace, age 45, a lifelong resident of Morton passed away Tuesday, September 6, 2016, at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, surrounded by her loving family.
Funeral services were conducted at 11am, Thursday, September 8, 2016 from the chapel of the Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Morton with interment in the Line Creek Baptist Cemetery. Visitation was held from 5pm-8pm Wednesday, September 7, 2016. Rev. Reggie Williams and Rev. Jerry Holmes officiated.
Donna was born on January 12, 1971 in Jackson, MS. She was a faithful member of East Morton Baptist Church.She was a graduated with the Class of 1989 at Morton High School. She had worked as a Case Manager for the State of Mississippi DHS until her retirement in 2014. She was a loving wife, mother and always had a kind smile for everyone. She will be greatly missed by her family and all who knew her.
Survivors include her husband, Marshall Wallace, 2 children; Mason Wallace and Chloe Wallace; her parents, Curtis and Joyce Warren; 3 sisters; Teresa Busby (Joey), twin Denna Smith (Stephen) and Annette Wade (David) all of Morton.
Pallbearers were Shaun Howard, Ryan Parker, Chris Courtney, Michael Parker, Nicholas Meeks and Ricky Parker.
