Doris Jean Crenshaw, 60, passed away Thurs. June 25, 2015 at River Oaks Hospital in Flowood, MS. Visitation will be held on Fri. July 3, 2015 from 2pm-3pm at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Graveside Services are 3:30pm Fri. July 3, 2015 at the Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery in Pelahatchie, MS.
Mrs. Crenshaw was born in Jackson, MS and has been a resident of Rankin County, MS all of her life. She was a member of Oakdale Baptist Church in Brandon, MS. Mrs. Crenshaw also enjoyed the beach so much that she was called Beach Baby by her family.
She is survived by her children, Kathy Manning, Richard Manning Jr., and Daymon Johnson; sisters, Lucy Quick, and Brenda Jones; brothers, William S. Steadham, James B. Steadham, and Christopher Steadham and two grandchildren, Desiree Thapa, and Sakura Shoemaker. Mrs. Crenshaw is preceded in death by her parents, William and Alene Steadham.
